Altnimdenthal

The heart of the old city and the site of its central government facilities, of all districts Altnimdenthal is still able to best project the illusion of Nimdenthal being a regular, orderly city-state and not a small step away from the abyss. Buildings are still well-maintained. Guard patrols are still frequent and only consist of few guardsmen. Violent crime is still rare. But this doesn't mean that the rot is not present - just that it is hidden behind a thin veneer of order and civility.
